Workshop.

The workshop will consist of Rick working with a small number of drummers (6 or 8), incorporating elements of coordination, cognitive exercises, dynamic awareness, phrasing, musicality and vocabulary. This will be open to beginners and intermediate/advanced as either a separate day or 2 day event.

Q&A.

The Q&A will be open to a wider audience in which Richard will talk about his passion for music, drums, education and their ability to create positive health benefits for all. In a special element of the event, he talks about the lessons he learned from starting a band and riding the rollercoaster to selling over 5 million records, playing to millions of people around the world and his move into education, session work and 1-2-1 mentoring. He will also discuss the

• current state of the industry and the options open to both aspiring and more established musicians hoping to start or develop their career.
